All orders will be confirmed paid via the paypal

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working
days.
Goods returned by our carrier undelivered
(signature required) will be resent out at an additional carriage
charge.

to make reference to an order please always quote your order number,
name and item ordered. This will allow us to quickly identify the
progress.

Payment
|

We accept all major credit cards (American
Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo, JCB,), through the
paypal network, sorry no COD.
Shopping cart orders require payment in full with order.

Orders
|

Will not be processed without valid payment
details. There will be a 50% charge for any cancelled orders.
We cannot refund any cut length fabric.

All orders are billed in Pounds Sterling and as
per our current published price lists.

We strive to supply only the very best quality at
competitive prices. We do not offer, nor shall we substitute first
quality goods for seconds or inferior manufactured product. All our
garments are made to order to your measurements in the UK.

Guarantee
|
|
All other goods are guaranteed against
manufacturers defect for 28 days from the date of purchase,
supported by the sales invoice.

Prices
|
|
The sellers quotations are submitted in good
faith and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless
otherwise noted.
The seller reserves the right to vary the contract to take account
of any variation in labour, materials and other costs.
All prices are quoted, Europe including VAT.
Prices do not cover local tax or duties which may be payable upon
arrival at a country outside the EU.

Carriage
|
|
Inland: A carriage and packing charge will be
imposed on all consignments.
|
Delivery
|
|
Although the seller will use all reasonable
efforts to meet any delivery dates requested, such dates are not of
essence of the contract and they shall not be liable to the buyer
for any loss or damage, incidental or consequential, if delivery of
the goods is delayed.
|
Title
|
|
Until the buyer has paid the seller the full
purchase price of the goods under this contract and also for any
other goods at the time supplied by the seller and all other sums
due or to become due to or liabilities, present, future or
contingent of the buyer to the seller the ownership of the goods
shall not pass to the buyer.
|
Force Majeure
|
|
The seller will not be liable to the buyer for
any breach of contract arising from or which may have been caused by
act of God, by force Majeure, by war, riot or civil commotion and by
military or usurped power, by Government order, direction or
legislation, by fire, accident, strike or other industrial action,
lock out, adverse weather conditions, delays in transport or by any
other matter over which the seller has no control.

Warranties and Liabilities
|
|
The seller warrants that the goods are
manufactured with all reasonable care and skill and where applicable
comply with the standard specifications set out in the sellers
published literature in relation to the goods current at the date
hereof and made available to the buyer and that the goods are of
merchantable quality. Save as aforesaid, all other conditions,
quarantines, warranties whether expressed or implied by statute
common law or otherwise including (but without prejudice to the
generality of the foregoing) conditions, guarantees and warranties
as to quality or fitness for use under any condition whether known
or made known to the seller or not, are hereby excluded.
Under no circumstances will the seller be liable to the buyer for
any loss of profits or any other indirect or consequential damage,
loss or injury attributed to defects in the goods or otherwise in
relation to the performance of any contract entered into between the
seller and the buyer. Furthermore, the buyer shall indemnify the
seller against any claim for such damage, loss or injury made
against the seller by a third party.
The Aggregate liability of the seller howsoever arising shall not
exceed the price paid for such goods by the buyer, except in the
case of death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The seller shall not be liable for any change in appearance,
durability, and performance or for any defect or damage caused to
the goods by any treatment or process, whether mechanical or
chemical, subsequent to purchase from the seller.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that goods are fit for the
purpose required. While the seller takes all responsible care when
making recommendations on usage, all conditions and warranties,
whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, and whether as
to quantity, condition, performance, merchantability or fitness or
purpose are expressly excluded.

Returns
|
|
Returned goods will only be accepted upon
authorisation by the seller.
All Commissioned goods are none returnable.
All goods to be made where the measurements are supplied by the
customer are taken as final and are none returnable.
Where goods are found to be faulty, the seller will at its option
either refund the goods or replace the goods provided that:
A) The goods are returned to the seller carriage paid, unused within
28 days of delivery, and that
B) The sellers invoice or receipt relating to the goods has been
enclosed, and that
C) the seller would be entitled to reject them.
The buyer shall indemnify the seller against and cost, claims or
expenses arising out of any action for infringement of any parties,
trade mark or copyright, or any other claims resulting from
compliance with the purchase instructions, expressed or implied.
The buyer shall indemnify the seller against any loss, liability or
expense arising directly or indirectly from the use of the goods
than in accordance with he sellers instructions.

Law
|
|
This contract shall be governed and constructed
in accordance with the Laws of England and the parties hereby
prorogate the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the County Court.
